The practice & the practitioner
What foot zoning is, how a session unfolds, and a little about Sydney.
What is foot zoning?
Foot zoning is a gentle, non-invasive wellness practice that works with specific points and areas of the feet to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing. Through intentional pressure and massage techniques, a foot zone encourages relaxation, supports healthy circulation, and helps calm the nervous system, leaving you feeling more grounded, refreshed, and connected to your body.
What a session looks like
From the door to the final balance — simple, unhurried, and intentional.
-
Arrive & settle
A session begins at the door by removing your shoes and getting comfortable.
-
Cleanse & tallow
The feet are briefly cleansed before tallow is applied to the right foot and the zone begins.
-
Left foot
The practitioner then moves to the left foot, continuing the zone with care.
-
Finish & balance
A brief calf massage and balancing of the feet close out the session.

Hi, I’m Sydney
I’m the practitioner behind Grounded Soles Wellness. My journey with foot zoning began during a point in my life when I was experiencing a lot of stress and inflammation throughout my body. After finding much needed relief through foot zoning, I felt inspired to take a foot zoning class so I could share that same sense of peace, grounding, and care with those around me!
My hope is to create a warm, calming space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling restored.
